Refund policy

Returns

Clients can return products within 14 calendar days, as per OUG no. 34/2014.
Notify the Company via email (sniff@odorable.shop) or phone.
Return address: Traian Vuia St., no. 210, Napocom building, Cluj-Napoca.
Return shipping costs are the Client’s responsibility.
Refunds are processed within 14 days via bank transfer.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be in original condition

  • Use the same courier service

  • Include original labels and documents

  • Include any gifts/accessories

  • Only one product of the same type may be opened

  • No signs of wear, unauthorized alterations, or missing items allowed

Cancelled Return Requests

May occur if:

  • Client changed their mind

  • Courier was unable to contact the Client
